New York City Lawyers for Children?

My son is 3 years old he will be 4 this Nov 2nd. When he was born it was by cesarean, and I think that it didn’t call for that, but the doctors here did it.

When I first carried him I looked at his head and there was a piece of skin with no hair where everywhere else there was hair, I asked the pediatricians what was that they said not to worry that hair was going to grow there soon enough.

Time has gone by and no hair, that bold spot is there and now that he is growing he notices that others kids do not have this.

People around tell me to sue the hospital for malpractice, but I have no clue on none of this. My questions are, what would you call this accident? Can I sue the hospital and how can I go about that? I need a lawyer here in NY in the Manhattan, Queens, or Brooklyn area that can give me some advice.

Any info I really appreciate it.
