    @wowhacking3456 i ran at my local park near my house after school from monday to friday..(don’t stop or you will be fat)…and eat no more then 300 cals a meal…. i lose 2kg’s (started last week)…its quite cool….and don’t worry if you suffer form muscle pain (its normal)…eat more proteins….

    @canttakeitanymore94 As what nintendogirl said, if u eat only one meal a day, your body thinks that u don’t have enough food around so it goes into survival mode, which stores lot of fat whenever it can.

    i am fat, im 15 years old and weight 93 kilos, i use to go boxing every day, and go for run every day, i did staminazing circle every morning and evening and i lost 6 kilos in 2 months and then something happened, i started to play…WoW that was big mistake :( nut this video is motivating me to do it again and more aggresive way

    the problem is that you’re only eating twice a day. the most important thing from this video is the eating more often part of it. eating more often, but in smaller portions gives you a steady stream of energy during the day, and in turn increases you metabolism. that’s the key, INCREASE your metabolism. add in some cardio and resistance training and you will be good to go. the most muscle you add the higher your metabolism. 5 extra lbs of muscle burms an extra 3-500 calories a day at rest.

    @canttakeitanymore94, the thing is that you’re NOT eating! your body will keep all those calories and won’t burn anything if you only eat once in a day! When you eat, belive it or not, you burn calories. So you need to have more meals a day, and drink water. Have something like after breakfast and before lunch, after lunch and before dinner. This little meal will be kinda like a snack, so eat a fruit or a raw vegetable:) oh, and yeah, excercise is good too:) good luck!
